BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Eileen P. Stanczak
Eileen P. Stanczak currently serves as Chair and Treasurer of the Board of Directors at Carolina Collaborative Prep. Eileen and her husband Jeff moved to Charlotte in 2010 in pursuit of a school that provided evidence-based approaches for their son, who is autistic.
She served on the Board of Directors of Global Environment Fund in Washington, DC, the Virginia Institute of Autism, in Charlottesville, VA and The Autism Horizon Foundation, in Charlotte, NC.
Eileen is a graduate of Smith College where she earned her BA in Political Science. Her previous experience includes working at a private equity fund where she coordinated compliance matters relating to business operations, investor reporting, relationship management and oversaw the design and implementation of the company’s ESOP Plan. She then transitioned into the role of consultant and administrator for an ESOP and 401(k) company and held the QPA and QKA designations from ASPPA. For the last 17 years, she has used her skills in business and relationships to tirelessly fundraise for Special Education and Autism programs.
Eileen joined the Carolina Collaborative Board in 2017.
Gregory T. Reagan
Gregory T. Reagan is a Managing Director of Reagan FVL, LLC, a Charlotte, NC forensic accounting firm providing services throughout the southeastern United States. Greg has nearly 40-years of service in international, regional, and local CPA firms and developed broad competencies in CPA services (audit, accounting & tax), forensic accounting, business valuation, economic damages determination, fraud investigations, preparing business plans and financial projections, business consulting, business sales and acquisitions, and strategic planning facilitation.
Greg is known as a creative and innovative solutions provider, combining analytical skill with the innovation and creativity necessary to solve difficult problems. Federal courts and numerous state courts have recognized Greg as an Expert Witness, which has included serving as Special Master or its equivalent.
Greg joined the Carolina Collaborative Board in 2019.
Synthia Gerson
Synthia graduated from Hofstra University with a dual major in elementary education and history. Synthia started teaching in NYC while completing her master’s degree in elementary education with a specialization in children’s literature from Queens College.
Synthia was a classroom teacher for twenty years and always felt like many children struggled in a traditional school setting, including her own child. Synthia left education in 2022 to focus on teaching children’s yoga and mindfulness. In the fall of 2022 she started looking for a better school for her second grader. He started school at CCP in late January of 2023 and it has been a great fit for his needs!
Synthia joined the Carolina Collaborative Board in 2024.
